FLEXIM FLUXUS F608 Ultrasonic Flow Meter
The FLEXIM FLUXUS F608 is a portable, non-intrusive ultrasonic flow meter designed for accurate flow measurement of liquids, including applications in hazardous areas. Using advanced transit-time difference technology, the FLUXUS F608 measures flow from outside the pipe, eliminating the need to cut pipes, interrupt processes, or install sensors in direct contact with the fluid.
Its clamp-on ultrasonic transducers provide fast and convenient installation while helping reduce maintenance requirements and avoid pressure loss, leakage risks, or contamination. The meter is suitable for acoustically conductive liquids and can measure volumetric flow, mass flow, flow velocity, and, with optional temperature inputs, heat flow.
The FLUXUS F608 features automatic transducer recognition, intuitive operation, advanced diagnostic functions, and a high-capacity integrated Li-Ion battery for extended portable operation. With two measuring channels, data logging capability for more than 100,000 measured values, and RS232/USB communication options, it is an effective solution for temporary flow surveys, troubleshooting, system verification, commissioning, and maintenance applications.
