The Rohde Schwarz RTB2K-104 is a four channel 100 MHz digital oscilloscope from the R&S RTB2000 series (it is an RTB2004 with the 100 MHz bandwidth upgrade). Built around what Rohde & Schwarz calls the “Power of Ten” it combines a 10 bit ADC 10 Msample of memory and a 10.1 inch touchscreen. It suits embedded design debugging university teaching labs and production and service work and it does the job of several bench instruments in one.
