Return & Refund Policy

  • All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, in the original box with all included accessories.
  • Measurement Equipment Store covers return shipping charges and insurance on eligible returns.
  • Items submitted for warranty repair must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
  • We reserve the right to inspect and test any returned item to verify reported defects prior to issuing a refund.
  • International buyers are responsible for all return shipping charges. If your original order shipped free, outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt and credited back to the original payment source.
